Even with a stock cooler and ram. There is some headroom for overclocking your Ryzen CPU and Memory.
The Ryzen-master utility will even overclock a Ryzen 1st gen CPU and Memory. Even if the motherboard has no Overclocking settings.
I feel it is alway better to OC in the Bios. But the Ryzen-master is a great and easy way to start leaning how to overclock your Ryzen CPU and Memory.
