New release of Allie v0.4

I have tested AllieStein 0.4-n7. Conditions: 4CPU and GTX2070, 300+2 seconds, round robin with 30 opening positons and reversed colors:

I meant a RTX2070, not a GTX2070.

This is version 0.4 of Allie.

Some of the new things in this release:

* Introducing Minimax Monte Carlo hybrid search
* Extensive changes to time management
* Many speed improvements
* Changes to the way nodes, nps, tbhits, and other info is reported
* Support for Chess960
* This release is substantially stronger than v0.3

Hello Adam,
after v0.4 was neighter running with "openCL" nor "blas" i was not able to test your baby...you wrote that in the next release you would try to provide at least "blas"-compiles as well and im really burning to test Allie now while looking at current TCEC-standings ...really amazing !
are you panning to release v0.5 with these features ?...an openCL-version would be of most interest for myself but the "onlyCPU-version" would be great as well of course.
any information from your side about that?...in any way: congratulation to your great success !

How does one build Allie for the the macOS - I did not see a makefile or build.sh smilier to Lc0 .
