Recent version of SF has trouble here.
But I tested the version from 2019-04-20 and it's quite fast here.

Houdini 6 finds it pretty fast, too.

A very recent version of SF---it was SF-dev when I started the search---found h4 in less than a minute. I then forgot to terminate the search. So, for your database:
