I found Casper (Chess), which IMHO is deviated enough from Vice basics to be added to my XB/UCI chronology.
https://github.com/shikharsrivastava/Ca ... ess-Engine
As a sidenote, I couldn't care less normally to check anonymous github accounts with practically no commits,
just like Ozmania - this was a big exception, the rate of crap for those would be >80%.
I have just looked shortly at the others, Celestial and Chrysaora look interesting. (Ape probably not so)
What the hell is NIM?

I found Casper (Chess), which IMHO is deviated enough from Vice basics to be added to my XB/UCI chronology.

It was not announced though in talkchess according to the search.
There was just one collective thread including Casper, asking for a Mac compile 3 months later.

Re: Celestial and Ozmania (source code)
Nice pairing, Abrok is nearly +900 Elo.
We have a presumably later version, rev4 (linked to on CCW), on our lists. I added it to the 40/40 list only last month. It has a curious bug: whenever an underpromotion occurs it tries playing an illegal move, which is often an attempt to move one of the opponent's pieces.

We have a presumably later version, rev4 (linked to on CCW), on our lists. I added it to the 40/40 list only last month. It has a curious bug: whenever an underpromotion occurs it tries playing an illegal move, which is often an attempt to move one of the opponent's pieces.
