I wonder who is winning here. I believe it is black but it seems Stockfish thinks otherwise.

Not sure why you would doubt Stockfish. Cfish-dev says:

Thank you so much for the analysis. I only use my cellphone. Instead of black taking on f1 what about doubling black rooks on the f-file?

You're welcome. But, I'm puzzled by your question. Cfish's line already includes 29...Rdf7, and doesn't have Black capturing on f1.
