According to https://www.twitch.tv/potato_chess ID 32404 is the strongest net for now.
FWIW: I believe it is between SF8 and SF9 in strenght for now.

I'm quiet new on these chess engines but I downloaded Leela chess engine and I have fritz 16 gui.can someone kindly assist me with graphical tutorials on how I can make the engine work.thanks in advance

Actually installing the LC0 engine was a lot easier than I thought. You just go to the LC0 website and download the program and choose a network you would like. As mentioned the latest network is not necessarily the strongest and some posters have posted which networks are recommended. For the CB GUI just rename the network you choose to "weights.txt" and put that folder in your LC0 folder. Now you just install the LC0 engine like a normal UCI engine before on CB GUI. At least that is what I did.
It is pretty remarkable how quickly things have progressed. Reminds me very much of the early days of SF where it was slowly gaining strength until it became the strongest engine.

There is no need to rename the network file.
