It's not loading in chesspartner interface for some reason it works under arena though. Help please

Two things you can try - 1. See if it works in terminal/console mode. If it doesn’t work in terminal mode try a different windows exe. If it works in terminal mode - turn logging on and report output here.

it works just fine it console mode it just that gui doesn't seam to go past loading the engine. Arena works just fine.
