Is this really Ethereal 11.11 playing the CCCC stage 2 or Ethereal 11.00 as written in the notes ?

Yes, it is Ethereal 11.11.

The website is tied to Arena in an overly complex way which makes changing simple things, such as program names, difficult. It will move away from Arena and these warts will go away.
