Belofte engine has moved to http://macchess.internetcontact.be. The site www.macchess.be is no longer.
Latest source code can still be got at https://sourceforge.net/projects/belofte/

Version is now at 0.9.3, some fixes around time calculation and some crashes resolved. But playing style is still that bad.
If someone wants to clone or improve, be my guest.

Yves, I am no programmer and looked at the extracted folder belofte-gitrepo-c904615b04e26110498e6ed3fde08b3ba3f4cbef , but no binaries of your latest version can be found there (>distributions).

Can you create these packages and host it on SourceForge too, please?

Yesterday made Hermann a Windows 64-bit compile , I have hosted it here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... jVtUDVTUG8
It runs under WinBoard-protocol, UCI is not supported. You will find the executable file under the folder "src"

Very strange: Installing under Arena 3.5.1 www.playwitharena.com indicates each time UCI with a commandline-parameter -xboard, but that doesn´t work of cource.
