"feels'. That's not worth much, is it?
I think there is a reason SF does not go pure NNUE.

Is it possible for someone to compile ShashChess 15.1 for Mac?

Last Mac compile I can find is version 7. I love ShashChess for all my games analysis, but my Windows machine is damaged and now I'm on a Mac.

Please help?

Thank you!

The link leads one to a page for ShashChess 16...but the Windows file there contains 15.1

The files are probably misnamed.

I started the avx2 and bmi2 executables from the command prompt and they are both indentifying as ShashChess 16.

Yes, you are right - they just have it misnamed.
But...where is the NNUE file?

Its embedded in the executable.

The Fritz 17 GUI is showing ShashChess 15.1 as containing the nn-04cf2b4ed1da.nnue net and ShashChess 16 containing the nn-62ef826d1a6d.nnue net.

Yes, thank you. I don't mean to bombard you with questions...but I was setting this up under Chessbase 16 and do not see the normal options to set (or NOT USE, as I prefer) analysis contempt or 'set hash size' (normally defaults to 2764).
