can somebody make a LcZero engine for android?

Somebody already did. It had "great" 2-3nps speed.
Maybe you should ask someone to make LC0 for 80486 that would make equal sense...

I'm sure somebody could - we already have it for the Raspberry/DGT Pi, with credit and huge thanks to Al Scally!
