I did not let the computer analyse it for very long. I don't think human grandmasters would want to play it, although of course White has an advantage, but not much chance of complications, but much better than the starting position of course. Maybe Magnus would love it or Anatoly could convert it easily.

The move to play is 1.f3 but with small difference to some other moves (probably).

Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first
place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you
are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.

Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

Fairly complicated middlegame from the game Westerinen, Heikki MJ vs Tarjan, James Edward, 1974.

White is slightly better.

Code: Select all

3q1rk1/pp1bpp1p/3p1bp1/8/3NP3/1P3P2/1KP1Q1PP/3R3R w - - 0 17
http://view.chessbase.com/cbreader/2018 ... 47140.html

Another quite difficult middlegame:

Code: Select all

N1bk1b1r/pp2pppp/3p4/6n1/3N4/8/PPP2PPP/R3K2R w KQ - 0 12
