Here White played 30. Rg3. This is actually a pawn offer, because Black could play bxa2 and White can't reply Kxa2 (.. Ba4 then is winning).

White was soon winning after .. Qe7. Possibly Black has a better defense. Maybe he should have taken the pawn offer. 30. .. Qe6 also looks interesting. But in any case 30. Rg3 looks like the best move for White.

Stockfish and Houindi find Rg3 quickly, but Arasan gets stuck on 30. a3 (so does Fritz 15).

The game:

Stockfish is certainly enamored with Rg3:

Taking ideas is not a vice, it is a virtue. We have another word for this. It is called learning.
But sharing ideas is an even greater virtue. We have another word for this. It is called teaching.

25...Bc6 is the deciding mistake, and 26...b4 is also not good.
Instead 25...Bc6 Stockfish finds better move 25...Ba8 0.00/56
26...b4 -- Better is 26...Rf8 (+1.55/47 for white)
After ...b4 white is playing gxf7+ (with +2.70/47) and winning.
