No time to look it up, but I seem to remember that mighty AlphaZero seemed to prefer the English Opening.
lc0 seemed to prefer this Opening in the ID 200s, when it was the strongest according to some, but seems to have lost its way after that.

Very interesting, thanks! Of particular note is that A0 never really liked the Sicilican at any point in its training, while Lc0 has played it for a long time.
