Yes, it is a forced mate. How long did your stockfish take?
Old Kaissa, Kaissa I, can find that it is a win on its own, without having to go forward in the analysis. But for unknown reasons I have not been able to duplicate that with recent Stockfish yet. And it has trouble resolving the large score to mate score, I don't think it can do it, may have hit a search explosion or the GUI stopped responding after several hours of no new output. No tablebases.
