Not a chance.

The Cerebellum book is nothing but data. There is no strength added to the engine at all, though there is strength added to the play. The AZero team could also use the same book, of course. It's public.

And SF is just SF. A bit stronger, but nothing amazing.

It is around 2000 Elo CCRL if Dann is right. The Baron, 7th in TCEC division 4, is 2800, and Scorpio, last in division 4, is 3000 Elo.
