Here is the new version of Isa
I've got +39 elo improvement at self test (TM 1' + 250 ms) see the read me file .
Main changes are :
Now I have pièces list , who gave my some speed improvement
Time management is fixed now (time repeating was bugged)
Some minor fixes , too
