Error message using ChessGui

I've just installed ChessGui on my Windows Vista laptop and upon starting I get this message:

"The procedure entry point K32numProcessModules could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL"

Is this something I can fix?

IIRC Windows sometimes might block it. Try to unblock it either
by right-click options of the exe, or in the taskmanager (if already running).
