I like your sense of humor, Lucas. You definitely have the feeling for the subtle.

I'm dead serious. If you have to choose between:
1/ extrapolate 4 CPU ratings based on 1 CPU ratings, or
2/ extrapolate long tc from short tc
then I am pretty sure that 2/ is a better (as in less bad) idea than 1/. SMP scaling is tricky and engine specific. TC scaling is mostly the same for everyone: LTC is the great equalizer, shrinking elo scales, adding more draws.

Now, I don't suggest that a reputable rating list does either of these things…
