Kaissa still needs depth 34 to find it, with one thread, 512 Mb. With only 16 Mb it is a bit slower, depth 39.

I put in a trick from Rainbow Serpent again, that will slow it down in general a bit unfortunately, but with it can solve one other position again that Vincent posted. Without it, it can't. I don't know if it slows down the position above.

I must say it is not really clear to me why this happens , even though some at Fishcooking say you only need an inkling of knowledge of the way Stockfish works to explain why Stockfish has trouble, that is not enough explanation. It is clear Zugzwang is involved and only the PV search solves the one below, so if Stockfish chooses the wrong move for the PV in this one, which is very possible if there are more moves with a draw score, it has even far less chance of finding especially concerning this position below. Kaissa can't if it chooses something like Rd7 as first move, it is only the one version that does this but still:

I feel Rainbow Serpent still was better in resolving to Mate. But some parts were very different then in the details, and Stockfish less aggressive pruning perhaps. And a lot of luck involved finding Mate in 49.
Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first
place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you
are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.

Can you extract the 6 < dm < 15 in a edp file with dm, bm and maybe even the pv ?
