New Orion release : v0.4 !

I'm happy to announce the availability of a new version of my little UCI engine : v0.4 !

I concentrated all my efforts to improve the search function, and the new version should clearly be better than the previous one (I hope in the range of 50-100 elo).
A BMI2 version of the engine is also provided, with a nice speed gain of +5%, for recent computers.
