In the recently completed SF9 single-core 40/4 gauntlet that number reached a staggering 11%. Perhaps the choice of GUI has something to do with it, yet under the same GUI (Cutechess 1.0.0) most engines I tested, even at the lower end of the spectrum (1900-2100 Elo), have zero forfeits.tpoppins wrote:up to 3% of its games end in time forfeits.
