If someone has a recipe for a 68 years old man to be at least as I was at my 60, I will pay something more than the 20 euros asked by the book author.
Waiting for your answers regards

Nothing beats sunlight, fresh air and healthy diet (mainly fish, fresh fruits and fresh vegetables).
My uncle is already 72 and still doing farming and fishing. Not fishing with a fishing rod, but with a huge
net together with my cousins. Sunlight and light physical activity is the best at this (60 to 80) age bracket in my opinion.
Well google...1)"Chinese Man Lives to Age 250" on the net....2)Book:Heath Secrets Of Europe..
My suggestion...Drink lots of water..cut back on sugar..fast a bit..moderate exercise 2-3 times a week...little to no smoking or drinking...boxing work w squats and leg work..cut back on computer time...Buy and ride a Bicycle...Short sprints..Stress relief..Meditation..Good Luck...AAR

As said exercise, sunlight, diet. Also reduce alcohol consumption if you drink which from the winston post seems like you might. Activity can be important as you have less reason to be out and about when retired. Shop at some stores not just online. Get out to some places take some walks. We enjoy our sedentary habits like playing chess, playing with chess software, reading writing, but mix it up with physicality as well. Best of luck.
Hi Fern, I have been in a similar situation. The thing that seems to be working for me are beets. Supposedly they help strengthen the liver. I'm eating two 15 oz cans a week.
