last tested SF version: SF 6 ??

don't see there Houdini either.

so, if we can conclude anything from there, only existing engines are Komodo(all versions tested), Shredder, and Hiarcs.

We still honor them for what they did in the past, as first one offer a platform for competition long before we heard of Lyudmil Tsvetkov

We still honor them now for willing to play LTC games + permanent brain + opening books + allowing learning software, meaning a rating list where programs are allowed to compete on their strongest settings.

For sure it does not have the most recent versions of programs. But I still like it because it is the only list, as far as I know, that tests at 40 moves in 2 hrs.

Fantastic to see this new hardware. Their list is unique in many ways. I always like to see it.

how much more difficult it is to test SF8(latest development) instead of SF 6?

why test SF 6?

How many nps is stockfish doing on this hardware running on 8 cores ?!

As far as I see it, such a pc costs areound 1000 euro naked.
