Re: New SmarThink website
Hi Sergei,
nice work you do here.
I add the new link in my engine selection yesterday.
I know that I have to create a new Webpage too ... if I have more time for it. I like your work, easy and good.
And your last update (1.97 is very strong too). It seems that you find a lot of problems your engine create in the first playing phase. Version 1.97 is now much stronger here.
But all the time (OK is contradictory) your engine find genial moves in the beginning or create blunders and lost Points vs. others. But again, it seems that Version 1.97 is now much stronger here ... think so after the games vs. Wasp 2.00 I am visiting.
Best and thanks for all what you do.
Very good work, and your new site is really nice!
Best
Frank

Re: New SmarThink website
Nicely done, and quite a modern design. Looks more 2017 than my website, in fact (but that is optimised for slow connections and accessibility).
The only thing that really confused me was that it displays in Russian, and I can't even read the letters. The left most icon offers a switch, but I failed to understand the meaning of that icon. Usually, a UK country flag denotes "click here for English".
There are a couple of things that could be improved a bit as per https://gtmetrix.com/ , mostly server caching config and concatenating the scripts and stylesheets.
Https would also be nice, especially since executables are offered for download. Doesn't cost a thing since Let's Encrypt, and it won't take that long until Crome, the most popular browser, will flag http sites as insecure even if they lack login features.
The Yandex tracking script seems like a privacy issue for the users, do you really need that for a non-commercial website? I have that one in my Adblock anyway, just like the Google counterparts.

Re: New SmarThink website
Most recent version continues to crash under wine (macOS), not saying it's your duty to fix, just letting you know. If it would be helpful, I can tell you the last version that does not crash under wine. Or better yet, maybe we can get a native macOS version?

I love your engine logos.
They are really interesting.

Yes Sergei New Website is very nice. However it would be even nicer, if he could manage to make MP version of his engine.

Re: New SmarThink website
That's my fault.
No seriously.
I was going to give him a boost with it (some time ago) and then my wife went into the hospital which took all my time for quite a while.
She died recently, but when she went into the hospital I would go and stay with her around the clock.
