The linux popcount and legacy versions work OK in latest Cutechess GUI in UCI and Xboard mode.
Thanks Volker for the linux support!

Yeap !Colin-G wrote:The 32bit executable runs ok in Arena on my very old Athlon-XP computer with Windows XP.
That means it will run on any of my computers. Nearly all of them have AMD CPUs, and I have no icore or other core type ones at all.
Thanks.
Mr.Volker Annuss is a true programmer. Some of the humanity "aces" even don't know how to compile for Windows XP. ...............and - like bonus, of course - their "precious" source code are top secret...... !

IMO arminius is very fast concerning NPS.
But it seems there is a lack of positional understanding in the evaluation function.

It was a bad day for civilization. A bunch of savages slaughtering the roman legions that, though cruel and brutal, brought behind them civilization. Without Arminius Germany would have had a different history and my grand grand grand fathers not compeled to fight you, guys, in Saint Privat and other battles in 1870.
