Andscacs - New version 0.89

I published a new version. Is not much stronger. Anyway I decided to publish it so Frank has the best possible version for his last test in http://amateurschach.de/.

(Windows and Linux versions)

Changes:
* Improved various evaluation parameters, mainly about king safety.
* Solved little bugs.
* Speed improvements.
* Improved some endgames.

It's maybe 10 elo stronger, but as there are a few changes related to king safety, is possible that is more than this at the usual time control of tests like the CCRL ones.

Also it has this patch

for speedup on Windows servers with more than 64 cores. Its untested for the moment. Thanks to Texel and Stockfish for it!

Thanks! But is so complicated to improve it! It requires long and boring tests to win very little.

Also some things like king evaluation and passed pawns are unnecessarily complicated and require a full rewrite, as is difficult to make it play well in some positions. But this means some weeks of testing and I keep avoiding it, what implies that every change make them more complicated.

Yes, I didn't solve the bug with syzygy, so I didn't activate it. If someone wants it anyway, I can make a version, but from time to time it will crash.
