From what I read about mini-.Shogi, the Algorithm would work, if you have a score for every position you want to include.
Of course there is no move generator which can be simply included, so it would mean some work to do that.

Like H.G.Muller already mentioned,
you could use the polyglot .bin book format,
so the community doesn't need to handle different probing codes,
and you can focus on your actual product.

Brainfish is very strong.
Very useful in online matches.
The inbuilt Book is very strong and saves a lot of time.
Keep up the good work.

I have downloaded this book CTG from here:
https://www.sendspace.com/file/xcf6gw
published in Chess2u Forum.
http://www.chess2u.com/t10410p25-exon-ctg.
This book have one size 66 megas, small book ctg.

A technical draw, still seems impressive performance of Brainfish.
I suppose that if the tool is simple to use can be a good tool for the "bookmakers" Playchess or InfinityChess.
Also for those tournaments of author where is allowed the use of books.
Hold on..
Results:
DESKTOP-QFSOBQ2, Blitz 1m 0
1 Stockfish 8 64 +4/=23/-3 51.67% 15.5/30
2 Brainfish 1 64 +3/=23/-4 48.33% 14.5/30
Was Brainfish using that book as well? If it was it probably weakened Brainfish because when you give it a book it uses that book until it exits that book, and if the exit is not contained in the Brainfish library then it is practically the same as using Stockfish.

Does his name start with an "r"?
Nope, 'd'

Not be if I understood well,
Sorry if is as well.

Brainfish, original with book or resource original, against Stockfish with book ctg in Frizt gui.

To my it seems to me that the format that we are talking about is very strong in a short space of size. This by see how from simple can be with the tool of payment make books strong for the game by internet,
for some more serves in my opinion.

If it has generated a book with certain positions, it can be an anti_brainfish book in format Chessbasse, if really a powerful tool is provided how generator of books, would be another thing for users who enjoy this fun within chess.

Don't listen to the nit-pickers and cribbers, Thomas.
Your Brainfish is excellent.
Nearly 50 % of online gamers are using your Engine, much more than Komodo !

It's an indication of popularity.

Exactly my point, it only proves that marketing is working. It doesn't say anything about the underlying quality of the product being marketed.

BTW, let me be clear, the product being promoted is NOT what's being developed. The software intended for selling, is just a part of the package being given as a sample.
