Octochess r7533 sources!

Hi there,

again new sources from Octochess. It would be nice to have a release version after a long time.

But perhaps Daniel can create a new exe file from the sources again? I will test it after the still running Komodo 10 x64 test-run.

Most of the size is due to the opening book in sqlite format

The mingw builds require an i7 but the MSVC builds are general purpose.
I did not do any 32 bit builds of it.
The projects are included, so it should be easy to make some.

I had to make some changes to get it to compile, so no guarantees

Seems to work for me.
