I tried Powerarchiver and it compresses the download nicely. I am afraid you will need to re-download.

Everything is possible but there are several problems. One is that my format uses 12 bytes for a position while ABK needs 28 bytes. Do the math what that will do to the download size.

Do you think it is a better book than Fauzi's book ?

Can't say, never heard of that opening book.
