It's in the link that Marco provided if you scroll down to Kiran's post. You have to load the executable and the three dll files that come with it to the same folder in order for it to work.

So if I look at http://abrok.eu/stockfish/
which version is going to the Superfinal :
stockfish_15110211 or stockfish_15110311 ???

Stockfish_15110211 is going to the superfinal because November 3rd was the deadline to give martin binaries and they couldn't add the most recent patch.

Well, 15110311 is November 3rd 8-)

and Marco said on Nov 3rd:

The Stockfish used in the final has all patches except for the get rid of timer thread patch. The pick best move from the deepest thread from November the second is the development version you should download if you want the Stockfish that will be playing in TCEC.
