From easiest to hardest_test position 5

Post by Dariusz »

Position nb 5: strategic maneuver
My engines cannot find move 48.R1f2. In 5 moves black positions is collapse.
The key is: change the position of the white king and move figures to more optimal posiotions.

Before start your engines, I suggest add additional cooling ;-)
Could you take the challenge ? :-)

Hello Dariusz Domagala,

You have five postings in one day on a similar theme.

I am suggesting that you consolidate future posts under the theme of easiest to hardest.

The proliferation is suggestive of flooding - which I do not think was your intent at all.

Please note that the posts are on-topic and are relevant.

Later.

Not one of the three best, at least according to the latest Stockfish:

In response to 48. R1f2, Stockfish would play Rf8:

Code: Select all

Hi Louis!

This is a real hard one, cause Black is already lost anyhow.
After Backward of this .pgn with your SF's variants, the one from the game and the one and the other own ones,
