Cutechess-cli 0.7.1

Here is my win 32 compile of version 0.7.1.

Download
http://www.mediafire.com/download/4q4xa ... _win32.rar

Other files such as Qt5Core.dll can be found in,
https://github.com/cutechess/cutechess

Follow the link "cutechess-cli Win32" under "Installing" then download it to get the dll files.

Releases and change log,
https://github.com/cutechess/cutechess/releases

0.70 was already working fine for me, but I'll keep this one, just in case.

Not version 0.7.1.
That is correct, but I use the source code of 0.7.1 to create win 32 exe file.
This is just for people (windows users) who would like to test in advance the new features and bug-fixes based on the current released source code.
