Tornado 7 released

Hello,
i had changed my mind again from private to public and created a new blog page for Tornado and its now available for free download.
This is the same version i had played the CSVN PT48 programmers tournament this year in Leiden.

Thank you Engin.
It's interesting to see Popcount and Prefetch among the selectable parameters. I could switch the first off (with the second on) so that it could it run on my system.
