Hi, Gary.
Yesterday I saw on TCEC that Perft7 was broken in the last versions, and your answer confirming it: I know that it is not your task, but would be so kind to tell me (us) if rhe new SF versions did correct it?

PS- I did not see it mentioned on today's update of SF. Maybe too early?

It will be fixed soon. It only affects perft initialization of castling rights, it's not a problem with the move generation code.

The exact hours of the posts are not shown, but the problem was identified in less than an hour since the report (around 52 minutes more less). It was a Fitipaldi's solution.

The syzygy branches are "unofficial" so their versions are not really tracked.

This is my development branch for syzyzy, it's not really meant to be a production branch. If merging it into master is rejected, then we will need to figure out a better system. If it gets merged though, all problems go away .

But in the meantime, could you do something to clear up that synchronization issue ?

I hope you are aware that a few patches ago CB integrated the syzygy tablebases path into their tablebase settings and since then it does not show up in the engine parameters anymore. Cause its now handled by the gui.
