16 bit CB engines?

I am looking for 16 bit Chessbase engines for CB light that I have on an old computer. I have Fritz 4 and 5. What were the latest 16 bit versions of the following engines?:

Hiarcs. 6 engine is in the 7.32 CB CD I think.
Junior. 4.6? How can I get it?
Nimzo. 99? I have the MCS CD. Maybe in it?
Shredder?
Chess Tiger?

The ones you listed are commercial so your only hope would be to contact the authors directly.

Fritz 1-2 & 3 were DOS chess applications !

On Fritz 4 GUI (Windows - 16 bit) I have three 16-bit working CB chess engines:

-Fritz 4
-Fritz 5(.16)
-Hiarcs 6

All work perfectly under Fritz 4 GUI in my old Windows XP !

Nimzo 99 CB is a 32 bit chess engine.
The very first Shredder native ChessBase I have is Shredder 5 on 32-bit ! Was also a Shredder 5 on 16-bit but I don't know if it was also a CB native. I have only the UCI version (GUI+engine).
Any ChessTiger native ChessBase on 16-bit ! If I remember in a correct way the first ChessBase Chess Tiger was the edition no. 14 (together with Gambit-Tiger 2.0 ) ! Chess Tiger was DOS (the very first editions), then only ChessPartner 32-bit native applications.
About Junior native ChessBase: the oldest I have (working) is the version no. 5 (32-bit). I have also the no. 4 version (on 16-bit) and some additional files (a sort of adapter for 32-bit OS), but it don't work on my Fritz 4 GUI ! Before were also Junior 3.3 & 3.5 but I think these chess applications were DOS programs. Nothing before !

Hiarcs 6 versus Fritz 5 (.16) on Fritz 4 GUI. Five minutes ago !
All on 16-bit under Windows XP ! Often I use Hiarcs 6 for training ! A superb chess engine !
