Following is a part of the output from a pgn game which I hope someone can explain to me. Following is a few of the evaluations I am confused by.

+M-1376/55 0s (g4)} 94... Ka5 {+M3/100 0s} 95. Qb3 {+M-1377/55 0s (Kc5)} 95...
Ka6 {+M2/100 0s} 96. Kc6 {+M-1378/55 0s} 96... Ka5 {+M1/100 0s (Ka7)} 97. Qa3#
{+M-1379/55 0s} 1-0
What does this mean??
{+M-1378/55 0s}
+M-1378 ??????????????
Thanks in advance

Re: Question re evalaution format in a PGN game.
Hello:
PGN notation confusion
The numbers are not exactly the same but I think that this issue has the same background. In that thread, Muller suggested the possibility of the influence of the parameter mate score in the GUI.

I have some déjà-vu on the matter:vb4 wrote:Following is a part of the output from a pgn game which I hope someone can explain to me. Following is a few of the evaluations I am confused by.

Re: Question re evalaution format in a pgn game
Looks like an integer overflow in the engine to me, or an incorrect calculation of the distance to mate.
So I'd say it's probably a bug. Which engine produced this?

Hi Evert,
The engines were the following:
White Gull 1.2 x 64
Black Quazar 0.4 x 64
What are your thoughts?
Thx
