So Graham,

What can you tell us about Naum 4.6? I am sure you have viewed a lot of games with it.

Thanks

I've not viewed any Naum 4.6 games at all Ted.
TCEC spectators would have an idea though, as it's played there for a while.

Hi Graham,

- no webapge available, stop! Programmer gave the information as second time, development ended.

- no readme available, stop!

- program available on "Speedy Share". On such sites a lot of illegal software is available, stop!

And this in the year 2014 for such a strong engine!

My god!
It is said that computer chess goes down!
Do you know why, I know!

At first, I hope that the program will be available on computer chess wiki with information about the programmer and a readme file.

Possible that I am alone with my attitude.

Could be 2 reasons!

1. I am to old for such things!
2. I life in a wrong world.

Not important my opinion if the folk yells "Yippee"
Today we are civilized pirats only stupid that we have laws.
But laws ... not important if I sitting on my PC.

...

Loud thinking!

At second ...
Thanks to Alexander!

Thinking on Winboard times and on all the programs programmers sent me for my download area. Each download with documention ... today we don't need it. I will test Naum 4.6 if the program can be donwload on a better source. No interest on engine today are avaialble and tomorrow are missing.

Good news...

And thanks to Alex Naumov and Graham Banks !

Btw, as far as I know,
Naum 4.2 seems to be derivative or clone of Rybka
So...Naum 4.6 will be tested in SCCT, only in case of +100 Elo over Rybka 3

Thanks for understanding!)

My best wishes,
Sedat

First I heard of that. If my memory serves me correctly Naum was on the scene before Rybka?
