DeepSaros 4.0.0

Post by Carotino »

After a long hiatus, I returned to my first love, DeepSaros.
This engine is a fork of an old version of Ivanhoe and, currently, does not have support for TableBases.
Deep Saros is is completely free.

Among the new features, I have rewritten the management of the Time Manager, very lacking in previous versions, and I've tried some experiments.

If someone has the time and desire to try it, you can download it from here:

Hi Roberto,

do you think that this version of Deep Saros might overtake Vitruvius in strength?

The testrun of Saros 4 for the LS-ratinglist (http://ls-ratinglist.beepworld.de) will start today, when the testrun of Stockfish 131111 is finished.

Cpu : Q6700

Seem there is problem about kN/s and seem it is very low.

Hi.

DeepSaros 4 in my test was very weak.

I think something wrong in this version!
