Windows 8.1 and Visual Studio 2013 preview

Microsoft has released two versions Preview, fully functional and free (I guess for all).

As always in these cases I install it on a VirtualBox virtual machine.
Currently running with incredible speed, I think I finally set it up natively on a hard doctor.
