Strongest opening book for Arena GUI for human-computer game

Post by Amstaff »

Hello I want to play some very slow games, almost correspondence times, against some engines using the Arena GUI.
What are some suggestions for an arena opening book? I still have the old Harry Schapp books, are there any more recent books that would be somone could suggest?
Thanks,
Gerald

A while ago I was also looking for a big and wide book for Arena.

The search ended up with Planetgaia5.5e_mainbook.abk which is

about 413 MB in gross. Can't remember where I found it _ but search on the web

well i have a book of about 440 Mb, for best performance
it should be tuned a bit, but someone like you could play with it.
but then first i should upload it somewhere.
haven't offered it yet to the Arena people.
