No more TWIC free weekly game downloads?

I saw this article at Chessbase:

They say that TWIC will no longer offer free game downloads.
I can't find anywhere on the new TWIC that this is the case. Does anyone know?
Is there another reliable source for free weekly pgn updates?

They just don't offer free weekly pgn updates to chessbase, but you can visit http://theweekinchess.com/ to download the free weekly pgn updates by yourself
