as a result the pay is quite low compared to the large salaries moderators make in the other forums
starting salary for a first time mod here is somewhere in the neighborhood of $0 per Annum increasing each time you serve as mod and also by the number of mod actions undertaken as well as the total amount of aggravation you suffered each term
the percentage increase is about 10-15% each new term you serve
so you if do the math ..a moderator like Bob serving all of those terms would be making well into the 6 figures by now
