I don't have experience yet with the system, but Jesse is helping me out and he just retired for the night.

Did the system not instruct you on how to get the copy?

I will send you the zip privately for now and will look into this tomorrow. Don't know if you missed something or there is a bug or perhaps I accidently cleared the order.

Tried to order , but now I'm stuck......

In the address info boxes one is titled " county" , and I wonder if it should be " state " , at least in USA ??

Anyway , I went back to edit that box , and put state name in for a proper mailing address in USA , and it says my telephone # is not valid......

Same # had for 20 yrs...........

So I am not able to edit my acct info , and it's not a proper mailing address
