Which 4 core i7 laptop processor?

A new laptop will be purchased at work and I can make a choice among 2630QM, 2670QM and 2720QM cpus. I plan on purchasing the 2630QM and spend the rest on extra RAM.

Is there a big (say 50 ELO) difference among these regarding chess strength?

These processors are basically the same as each other, just 10% faster/slower. So there's no way they would differ by 50 elo.
