You have to be a member for a certin period of time,I think 3 months,so that you can vote....

I think it's because you registered recently.

im guessing the TCADMIN has not yet lifted the voting constraints in place that were used for the recent election
once he removes them (now that the election is over)everyone should be able to vote in every poll
aside from the election poll..any registered member can vote in any poll..even if they are a new member
i have sent the TCADMIN a PM regarding this and he should soon correct this
