Have not seen this mentioned, although it might have been. Sunday AM US clocks go back an hour as DST phases out. That will change the Sunday morning times by an hour. Or are you going to shift the start times back an hour to keep the round starts consistent outside the US???

The round times will adjust with the "Fall Back". Good catch!

For us on PST schedule, the Sunday round will be at 7 or 9?

Neither, it will be at 8:00 AM assuming that you followed the time adjustment. IIRC, California will move its time backwards 1 hour at 1 AM Sunday morning.
