I was visiting the Evgeniy Korniloff site today ( http://evgeniy-korniloff.narod.ru/download.html ), and I noticed that the downloads for Woodpecker and OBender 3.2.x had executables dated June 6, 2010. It appears there's new versions of both of these programs.

Hi Tony,

The Woodpecker engine, in console mode, prints:
"Woodpecker 2.11.5, chess program, build 31.01.2010"
Choose one:
- the engine is not new
- the author forgot to update the version and date information

The OBender engine has a new version number but prints a 2009 date.
Choose one:
- the engine is not new
- the author forgot to update the date information

Also there's 2 OBenders on the site and you have to download the correct one (the first one) and click on a very hard-to-read link (yellow letters on a white background).

In my Chess Engine List I will consider OBender as updated and Woodpecker as unchanged. That is my best guess.

I just rechecked my engine list a little more carefully and the OBender version number is unchanged as well. It is possible that these are new compiles of the old programs.

You're probably right about these versions being recompiles. I only mentioned it because of the dates of the EXE files, and because their CRCs didn't match the CRC of any versions I had previously.
