These engines used to be real strong.

2500 and 2400 respectively.

Anti Spyware program (Counterspy) warns me that PikoSzachy is a trojan. Is that a false alarm? NanoSzachy is Ok and doesn't get infected with trojan.

Probably a false alarm, due to the use of the UPack exe compressor. I used PE Explorer to uncompress the file, and the uncompressed file has a clean bill of health from VirusTotal.com.

Looking at the uncompressed exe in a hex editor, I can see why Piotr compresses it, it's almost all zero bytes, the puffiest EXE I've ever seen.

Is it from my post here in CCC that you got that idea  ?
Do you have a similar solution for older Feuersteins ?

Matthias.
My engine was quite strong till I added knowledge to it.

Hi Swami,

I think yes.

I had deleted PikoS 3.2, 3.0 and all previous versions.
On the other hand, this one, 3.3, seems to be clean.

Best,

I had also deleted almost all Feuersteins.
A solution, perhaps another packer,
would be great for me too.

But of course, I have to crib good ideas from somewhere. PE Explorer is a nice little tool.

PE Explorer can extract old versions of Feuerstein, provided your antivirus doesn't attempt to block the extraction. I tried versions 0.4.5.1 and 0.4.5.2 and they extracted just fine. If the antivirus interferes, I guess you'd have to temporarily disable it before doing the extraction.

I confirm pikoSzachy is compressed with UPack.
If anybody is interested to have the original uncompressed version, please send me an email.

Best,

I compiled the Feuersteins from source code with Delphi 6 compiler.
