2008 World Computer Rapid Chess Championships

The dates have been decided. All the voting heavily prioritized June.

It will be on the weekend of June 21/22. It will be 14 rounds: 8 on
Saturday and 6 on Sunday. The TC will be G/25+4.

It is open to all programs authored by any resident/inhabitant of this
planet.

My mom's dimentia is much worse and she needs constant attention. All work on chess programming and related stuff has completely stopped for now. Later!

If someone wants to setup the account for RomiChess then Sam Hamilton said that he will operate Romi. Or if that someone wants to be the operator and has good hardware then I am sure that Sam would not mind. I will compile a kibitzing version of P3k for the tournament.

I would do more myself, but my mom's well being is the more important to me right now and she needs all my attention at this time.
